All prices are expressed in euros and include 10% VAT

These rates do not include Catalunya Tourist Tax, regulated by Law 5/2017 of 28 March. Currently this tax is 1,00 € + 10% VAT per night and person over 16 years with a maximum of seven nights.

When booking, you must transfer deposit equivalent to 30% of the stay. The reservation will be definitely confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

In case of cancellation of the reservation in less than 24 hours. the deposit will not be returned, otherwise it be refunded entirely.

Generally, the apartments will be available from 15:00 hours of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 am the day of departure.

The payment can be in cash or credit card.

Cal Negri will confirm your reservation by email or phone. Once the booking is confirmed, it must be made a bank transfer with a deposit equal to 30% of the stay. In case of cancellation within 48 hours in advance, the deposit will not be returned, otherwise it will be returned in full.
